About Lexis

altShort bio:

A food writer with French roots and a Twilight Zone obsession, Lexis Parker writes speculative fiction set in France and infused with culinary flavors. Her experience as a criminal attorney and writing prompts are the sources of all her short stories. She has lived overseas and in various states, but considers Maryland her home.

Long Bio:

She works in the legal and culinary fields, plays in the kitchen, and writes stories longhand in composition notebooks. She has a fondness for fountain pens, porcelain tea cups, French literature, stormy nights, and French pastries.  

<span style="><span style=" new=" new"="" times="times">She is an active member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) and the Horror Writers Association (HWA) (under a different name).
